Reading In the Subject Areas

Suggestions by Michael Sullivan

What Do You Want to Read Today?

Literature, both fiction and nonfiction, can inform all kinds of subject areas, and often boys will feel a greater connection to books if the subject itself is of interest.

Not all of these works contain a wealth of factual knowledge, but they address the subject matter in ways that might helps boys conceptualize the issues involved.

This list is very much in its infancy, look for more extensive lists to come.
